Preguntas frecuentes

How many hours do you cover for the wedding?

The event will be covered until the "hora loca" or one hour of open bar, with a maximum of 12 hours of service. After 12 hours, additional service hours can be hired at a cost of 100€ per professional per hour, depending on the team's availability.

How many photos do you usually deliver?

I usually deliver between 400 and 600 edited photos in the author's style. They are provided in high resolution and without watermarks, within 40 to 60 days after the wedding day.

How do you deliver the photos?

The photos are delivered in an online gallery (which is very beautiful, by the way) and a USB drive, which the couple can pick up.

How will the catering be handled?

Normally, we sit down to eat at the same time as all the guests. By this point, we will have been working nonstop for about 8 hours. It’s ideal for us to be served a suitable meal to recharge and continue documenting the big day. At venues, they usually offer us half of the couple's menu.

Transportation for weddings within and outside of Madrid.

Within the 3 packages, 30 km of travel are included. After this distance, an additional 0.25€ per kilometer will be charged. For weddings outside Madrid, the client must cover accommodation and transportation costs for the professionals attending, as well as 50€ per day for meals.

Payment method.

To reserve the date, a payment of 300€ is made along with the signing of the contract. 50% is due one month before the wedding, and the remaining balance is due on the wedding day. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
